Mary Lee Foundation’s Annual Fall Festival – November 2012

It was a fabulous night of live music, food, drinks, raffles, games, prizes, great costumes and absolutely perfect weather. More than 350 residents, clients, friends, family, staff, and volunteers came together at the Mary Lee Foundation’s greenbelt to celebrate the 7th annual Fall Festival on Friday, November 2, 2012.

We are truly thankful to our corporate sponsors, donors, and all of the volunteers who gave the gift of their time to help make this festival happen. We are especially thankful to the band “Better Than Bingo” for coming out and performing for the 5th year in a row. Our neighbors, Papa John’s Pizza, Lamar Food Store, and Maudie’s Tex-Mex provided gift certificates as prizes for our free raffle. Volunteers from Austin New Church organized and held a cake walk giving out home baked goodies as prizes and a costume contest for Mary Lee Community residents featuring gift cards as prizes. We had an amazing outpouring of volunteers from Austin New Church, Best Buddies, Texas Sweethearts, Orange Jackets, and Mary Lee Foundation staff members. It is with the support of all of the donors and volunteers that we were able to make this such a memorable and special event.
